Finance/Administration Section is responsible for all the financial and cost analysis aspects of an incident. 
Financial and cost analysis aspects of an incident include:
1) contract negotation
2) tracking personnel and equipment time 
3) documenting and processing claims for accidents and injuries that occurred during the incident
4) keeping a running tally of all the costs associated with the incident.
