First of all, there are a few things you should know:
1) Area of a cylinder: [tex] \pi  r^{2} h[/tex]
2) Area of a cone: [tex] \frac{1}{3}  \pi  r^{2} h[/tex]
To solve this, just plug it in:
Cylinder: [tex] \pi *  2^{2} * 7 =  28 \pi [/tex]
Cone: [tex] \frac{1}{3} *  \pi  *  2^{2} * 3 =  4 \pi [/tex]
