One's a parabola, one's a line, so they should intersect in two places.
Table of values:
for x = 1,2,3,4,5,6
f(x) = 3,0,-1,0,3,8
g(x) = -1,0,1,2,3,4
Now all you need to do is look where they have the same (x,y) values.
This is at (2,0) and (5,3).
