we know that

[the area of a circle]=pi*r²
for r=15 ft
[the area of a circle]=pi*15²------> 706.5 ft²
so
the area of three-fifths------> (3/5)*706.5----> 423.9 ft²------> 424 ft²

the answer is
424 ft²
