f(x)=3x+1
g(x)=x^2-6
(f o g)(4)=?

(f o g)(4)=f(g(4))
x=4→g(4)=4^2-6=16-6→g(4)=10

(f o g)(4)=f(g(4))=f(10)
x=10→f(10)=3(10)+1=30+1→f(10)=31

(f o g)(4)=f(g(4))=f(10)=31

Answer: (f o g)(4)=31
