What’s the difference between a stratified random sample and a systematic random sample and what are some examples?

A stratified random sample is a method of sampling that involves the division of a population into smaller groups.  Whereas, a systematic random sample is a type of probability sampling method in which sample members from a larger populations are selected according to a random starting point & a fixed periodic interval.
