You should disinfect every surface that the raw chicken touched with a disinfectant, including your hands if you were not using gloves immediately. This is extremely important because if you do not disinfect the places that the chicken touched, dangerous diseases and germ can be spread which isn’t fun. I hope this helped! :-)
