Just try a bunch of points until you get a rate of change of -60.  I did it by calculator and saw it works for x = 1 and x = 5.

So: (1,27) and (5, -213):

Using rate of change formula: 
-213 - 27 = -240
5 - 1 = 4

-240/4 = -60, so it works.
