The answer is Inuksuks. If the Arctic had more trees the Inuit might have built wooden houses instead of making  Inuksuks.

The correct answer is inuksuks

Inuksuks are made from stone and can still be seen today as historical sights. If they had more trees then the inuksuks might have been built from wood instead of stone, but since they didn't have much wood they had to dig up stones and use them in their structures, from homes to statues and similar things.
