Autocracy refers to a form of government that is
led only by one person such as a king (monarchy) who is considered a dictator.
Meanwhile, oligarchy is a government led by a few people such as the priests
(theocracy) in Israel's history and everyone in the community is supposed to be
treated equally like in communism.
