Explain why 0.2 and 0.02 are not equivalent.

0.2 = 2/10 = 1/5 but 0.02 = 2/100 = 1/50 so 1/5 > 1/50 :D

0.2 is not equivalent to 0.02 because 0.2 is 10 times less than 0.02
