Use the slope form:

m= (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

Plug in two sets of points from table 4. (0,9) (2,4)

m= (4-9)/(2-0) 

m= -5/2 or -2.5

Do the same for the second table. I can't see it very well, so I am assuming that number under 1 is 5. (0,3) and (1,5)

m= (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m= (5-3)/(1-0)

m= 2/1 or 2
