This is in fact hilarious. My friend just asked me this question yesterday. I actually say no, I don't believe water is wet. My argument for this is because water itself can not BE wet. However, it can get things wet that were dry before. For example, if something is already soaking wet and you put it back into water then pulled it out, it wouldn't be more wet would it. So, I don't think water is wet lol.
