He must order ...

           (33) x (the number of chopsticks he expects to use every day)
divided by
           (the number of chopsticks in each box) .

This gives him a 10% safety margin, just in case.
If he doesn't use them in the next 30 days, then he'll have some
ready to go for the next 30 days.
