One possible counterexample is:

Explanation:

The set of integers contains the set of whole numbers and negative numbers, but does not include fractions or decimals.

Multiplying positive 2 by any negative number will result in a negative product.  Any negative number will be smaller than positive two; thus any negative number and 2 will have a product smaller than 2.
