this would affect your sense of smell tremendously this would happen because the mucus that gets lodged into your throat and eventually gets stuck in your nose, making it hard to come out when you blow it. the affects of this would be a stopped up nose. At times it may seem like when you blow your nose all the mucus doesn't come out and it doesn't. Hope this helps ~Breezy (FMOI:@fwbreezy)
