The presence of parentheses in   −2/9−(−1/3÷3/5)    require that you do the work inside the parentheses FIRST.

(-1/3  divided by 3/5) is calculated as follows:

-1     5         5
--- * --- = - -----
 3     3         9

So your problem
−2/9−(−1/3÷3/5)   becomes  -2/9 - (-5/9) = 3/9 (ans)
