People that was in 1920's liked Jazz and Charleston music so much because it was from the oldy and people liked listening to that kinda of music back then.

They liked jazz and the Charleston so much because its what was in style. It was something they never heard before and it was new to them. As you can see, the Charleston is still a dance used today and jazz has been used for a while. These are a part of our music and dancing history.
