The answer is:  " 48 [tex] \frac{km}{h} [/tex]" .
______________________________________________
Note:  30 minutes is "1/2 h" = 0.5 h ;

As such:

"2 hours and 30 minutes:  = 2 h  + 0.5 h = 2.5 h " ;
______________________________________________
So we have:
____________________
120 km / 2.5 h ;

=  (120 / 2.5)  km / h = (1200/25) km/hr = 48 [tex] \frac{km}{h} [/tex] .
