You can use a thesaurus to find a related word or "synonym".
Synonyms for bother: Distrub, trouble, inconvenience, annoy, upset, irritate, etc.
Synonyms for Disturb: Interrupt, Trouble, worry, concern upset, etc.
Synonyms for Worry: Bother, disturb, trouble, concern, fret, panic, agonize, etc.
So, as you can see, the words are fairly similar because they have similar synonyms and meanings.
