Tryptophan, magnesium, potassium and vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine).  Magnesium and potassium relax muscle and nerve cells and B6 is necessary for the conversion of tryptophan into serotonin.  Tryptophan helps you sleep, basically another type of melatonin.
