For the first equation we have:
3x-1=7+2
3x = 7+2+2
3x = 10
x = 10/2

For the second equation we have:
2x+1+4=3
2x = 3-4-1
2x = -2
x = -1

Therefore, there isn't a solution that satisfies both equations. Based on this, this system of equations has no solution.
