The Civil War wasn't won
or fought based on technology, since both sides had the same kind of
weapons and resources, although a person could travel in time and give
them pistols and modern machine guns, the conflict of the North against
the South, the struggle for the abolition of slavery and
the political struggle would not have been solved, and on the contrary,
it had become more bloody and more deaths would have occurred, albeit in
a shorter time, since battles would gain faster. The South would
have had more chances to win, even with its diminished troops, by using
only modern weapons, they would have decimated the northern armies.
