No, Yoni and Sergei are not communicating well, neither one of them are stopping to try and understand what the other is saying.
No because there seems to be a language barrier between Sergei and Yoni so they aren't communicating well due to this and due to the fact that they also are not listening to each other, therefore not understanding each other.
