A line is a geometrical system that consists of two points. Horizontal lines are those that are parallel to the x-axis of the plane and have a slope of zero. Vertical lines are those that are parallel to the y-axis of a plane and have an infinite slope. Perpendicular lines are those that form a 90 degree angle with a second line.
