					                   The First Snowfall is one of my favourite poems ever. (: 
The last line of the fourth stanza there's a simile;
"And the sudden flurries of snow-birds, Like brown leaves whirling by."
A metaphor is in stanza seven, "Again as I looked through the snow-fall, And the thought of the leaden sky-"
