Quadrilateral abcd has side lengths of ab = 13w 5, bc = 5z 2, cd = 13w 5, and ad = 3z + 5. find the value of z for which quadrilateral abcd is a parallelogram.

If quadrilateral ABCD is a parallelogram then :
BC = AD
5 z - 2 = 3 z + 5
5 z - 3 z = 5 + 2
2 z = 7
z = 7 : 2
z = 3.5
        Answer: The value of z for which quadrilateral ABCD is a parallelogram is 3.5
