y² – x + 2y – 2 = 0 
(y²+2y +1)-1-x-2 =0
(y+1)² = x+3
let : 
y+1 = Y
x+3 =X
Y² =X.... the conic is a parabola
the vertex is: (-3,-1) and axis symetry is the line : y= -1
