The
central goal of the delegates of the Constitutional Convention was to increase
the power of the National Government. The Constitutional Convention was also
known as the Philadelphia Convention. The United States constitution was formed
during the constitutional convention. This convention was lead by George
Washington as the elected President of this convention.
