[tex] \frac{x-6}{-3} + \frac{x+9}{9} = x+4[/tex]
[tex] \frac{1}{3} x + (-2) + \frac{1}{9}x + 1 = x+4[/tex]
[tex]( \frac{1}{3}x +\frac{1}{9} x) + (-2 + 1) = x+4[/tex]
[tex] \frac{4}{9}x -1 = x+4[/tex]
[tex] \frac{-5}{9}x -1 =4[/tex]
[tex] \frac{-5}{9}x=5[/tex]
[tex]x = -9[/tex]
