Answer is attached. The period of a sin wave is equivalent to 2pi/b (b is one in this case), amplitude is equivalent to the coefficient of sin which is 2 in this case, the standard midline is 0, where in this equation it is shifted down 4 units and the phase shift is inscribed in the bracket where you equate x+ pi to zero and solve for x.
