since the shortest side of the first polygon is 3, and the shortest side of the second polygon is 9, then that would make the second polygon 3 times larger. that would make us also be able to say that the other sides of the second polygon would just be multiplied by 3, making the 4 sides be a measure of 9,15,12, and 18
