How I solved it: I converted 68% to a decimal, and it turned into 0.68. Then I converted [tex] \frac{13}{20} [/tex] into a decimal by doing 20 * 5 and 13 * 5, and got [tex] \frac{65}{100} [/tex]. [tex] \frac{65}{100} [/tex] = 0.65.
