the equation of a line that passes through (x1,y1) and having a slope of m is
y-y1=m(x-x1)
given
m=-2/3
point is (6,-10)
y-(-10)=-2/3(x-6)
y+10=-2/3(x-6) is the equatino
if you want slope intercept or standard form
y=-2/3x-6 is slope intercept
standard form is
2x+3y=-18
