The Answer is True. X can never be 0 or it'd be non existent and only by adding a 0 would this function equal 0.

Answer:

The answer is TRUE

Step-by-step explanation:

Given the function

[tex]F(x)=\frac{1}{x+1}[/tex]

we have to find is the above function can be zero or not.

[tex]\frac{1}{x+1}=0\\1=0[/tex]

gives no solution.

The above function gets arbitrarily closed to 0 but never equals to zero.

Hence, the answer is true.
