Vinegar(CH₃COOH) + Baking soda(NaHCO₃) ----> CH₃COONa + CO₂ + H₂O.

The reaction is a chemical change because a chemical reaction takes place. The CO₂ obtained in this reaction can be seen as foaming or bubbling during the reaction.
