Proportionality, assuming constant rate. 460 dives/12 hours = x dives/3 hours. Solve for x.

So 460:12
? : 3
To get from 12 to 3, you divide by 4 (3 is 1/4 of 12)
So...
Divide 460 by 4 too
460/4 = 115 dives in 3 hours
