Velocity = displacement / time
v = 400 / 2
v = 200 km/h

Now, = 200 / 3.6 = 55.55 m/s

In short, Your Answer would be 55.55 m/s

Hope this helps!

V = Displacement/Time taken
V = 400/2 = 200km/hr

Converting into m/s,
200 x 5/18 = 55.5555m/s

Hence, the velocity is 55.56m/s
