I'm not a native speaker this is a simpel question for you but not for me please help me with that. 
For the passage below, do the following:
•	 Read the passage and determine the general tense of the writing.
•	 Cross out any can/could/will/would helping verbs that are not in the 
correct tense.
•	 In each place where you have crossed out a helping verb, write the 
correct verb form above it.
You should find four errors.
(1) Ashley just graduated from college and is considering moving to 
a new place. (2) If Ashley could live anywhere in the country, she would 
choose to live in Chicago. (3) She got her degree in business and she 
knows that there are many opportunities there. (4) Plus, if she decided 
to go back to school, she can get a master’s degree in business at 
one of the many schools in the city. (5) She will sell her car and rely 
on the city’s many trains and buses to get around. (6) Her best friend 
moved there last year and loves it. (7) Ashley could always stay with 
her friend until she found a place on her own. (8) Or, if her friend 
decides to move into a new apartment soon, the two of them could 
find a place together. (9) Although she will miss her friends and family 
in Detroit, Ashley could easily fly home during the holidays or a long 
weekend to see them. (10) Plus, she knows they will really enjoy 
visiting her in Chicago.
