Area of a Cirlce: π*r^2

A = π*r^2
A = π*5^2
A = 25π

Without the pi (π) sign:
*Remember π = 3.14

A = 25π
A = 25(3.14)
A = 78.5

Therefore, our answer is A = 25π ft^2 or A = 78.5ft^2

I’m not sure which one they want you to use, but either one is correct :)

Hope this helps!
