Moles of CO = [tex] \frac{weight of CO}{molar mass of CO} = \frac{22}{28} = 0.78 moles.[/tex]. Number of particles = moles of CO x 6.02 x 10^23 = 0.78 x 6.02 x 10^23 = 4.69x10^23 particles.Hope this helps!
