We know, speed = distance / time
Here, distance = 300 Km
time = 1 1/2 h = 3/2 hour

Substitute their values, 
s = 300 / 3/2
s = 300*2 / 3
s = 600 / 3
s = 200 Km/h

In short, Your Answer would be 200 Km/h
