This is y=mx+b.  The m of this equation is the slope so you can place 0.9 there (y=0.9x+b).  Then b equals the y-intercept of the linear function.  So, after finding the y-intercept ( it is 2.9), you can insert it into the fuction (y=0.9x+2.9).  And then you have your answer.
