Substitute for "y" and solve for "x":-4x+6 = -5x-4x = -10---Solve for "y":y = -4x+6
y = -4*-10+6
y = 46

(2, –14)
(–1.11, 10.44)
(46, –10)

Since they are both set equal to y you can set the equations equal to each other
-4x +6 = -5x -4
Add 5x
x +6 =-4
Subtract 6
x= -10
y=-4(-10)+6
y = 46
(-10,46)
