It should be false, because if you think about it… the culture is getting passed on through people by stories and such things... we'll soon enough people are going to change words and changing even one word could give the story a completely different meaning, and that meaning or moral will change the culture and how the next generation of that culture will teach their meaning of the stories and so on……
