Liberty is considered an American value because it proclaims that people should be free to think, speak, and act as they choose as long as they do not offend the freedom and rights of others. liberty is important as it is an essential for both individual and social aspect. It gives meanings to lives and equity to human, as well as diversification of culture and knowledge and stability to social level.
