i need a little help I'm stuck between b and c idont know which one i choose

choose the sentence which does not mean the same as the main sentence

b- At this time of year there are occasional storms around here.

It’s B because A talks about bad weather which is alike with heavy rain. And C says the key word frequent which is alike with common. So it’s B which talks about storms and the key word is occasional which is sometimes not most of the time.
