Assuming you meant [tex]f(x)=2(13)^x[/tex] Your solution (top right) is correct.

13 is greater than one, so the curve has to be increasing (so the bottom 2 options are out) and 2 and [tex]13^x[/tex] are both positive numbers, so the graph has to be above the x-axis.
