Answer:

Vegans are stricter on their diets than vegetarians. They both won't consume animal products, so its the same sorta! :) But vegans dont eat anything animals, while vegitarians can eat cheese and eggs!

Vegans don’t eat anything that comes from an animal (Milk,Cheese,Meat,etc), while vegetarians can eat dairy products or anything else that comes from an animal as long as it is not meat.
