Metaphase II

Explanation:

Metaphase II is the division of two daughter cells and is when sister chromatids line up in the middle of the cell.  This is what appears to be happening in the image.  Additionally, you can see that the chromosomes have already crossed over.  

Metaphase I only involves 1 cell, not 2 daughter cells.

Telophase II and Cytokinesis are when the cell splits.  Also, Telophase II would result in 4 daughter cells, not just 2.
